Pros

A+ Compensation Schedule/ Working Flexibility Unlimited PTO Direct Access and Open Communication with Executive Leadership Fast Growing but still have access to a huge TAM Existing MSAs and Client Relationships to build from

Cons

Mostly just normal growing pains of a fast growing smaller company: - Small operations & finance team - Disparate technology (not ideally integrated, but leadership is actively working towards bettering this) - Training for junior hires may vary from office to office - Sink or swim mentality, YOU must own your motivation, work ethic, hours invested, and education. These things aren't going to be pushed on you, micro managed, or offered without prompting. If you are struggling, need feedback or guidance, or a kick in the butt - YOU need to demand the support. (However, depending on how you look at it, this can be a Pro or a Con).

Pros

Biggest pro is the overall potential, not just in earning capacity, but in personal and career growth. The owners are incredibly hands-on and genuinely invested in everyone’s success, and they’ve set a very high bar for me when it comes to strong, supportive leadership. My time at Alpine was overwhelmingly positive. Like any role in this industry, there were stresses and challenges, but none that stemmed from the company or its management. As with most things, your experience here will be what you make of it: the more you put in, the more you’ll get out. There is real room to advance, and to do so quickly. Alpine gave me an environment where I could learn, grow, succeed, and even fail with the support of both teammates and managers. If you enjoy a fast-paced, goal-oriented, and driven workplace, you’ll find it here.

Cons

Main cons are just various growing pains inherent to being a succesful fast growing company (especially in staffing). Things like communication difficulties, turnover, client/account expectations, and reliance on the flow of the job market. Again, pretty standard to the industry.
