      Management- the staff up in Portland has no grasp on reality of what the employees in the homes have to deal with. Provide little support.

      great clients, lots of community activities

      Cons

      their training system needs work. there is a huge lack of communication. upper management doesn't communicate well and doesn't respond to messages in a timely matter.
