Pros
Great ambiance, some of the best projects in Montreal that you get a chance to work on, cool office, Friday afternoon "off" (75% of time you're actually doing unpaid work but at least it's relax), small projects results are in our hands, boss are cool most of the time, they will help you learn (if it's in line with the role they see you in).
Cons
Ridiculously low salaries (we'll make you believe it will raise but don't expect it), unpaid overtime (they technically claim it's paid, in practice it never ever happens), low acknowledgement of good/hard work and very high pressure towards performance, guilt on employees shoulder for badly evaluated budgets by management team... flirting with the limit of manipulation.
Regarding the projects: lack of design thinking (fast pace execution of aesthetics and engineering), too much specialization in employees tasks.
