    worked for an individual agent, a lot of drama from the customers, agent was not in the office a lot. Didn't get a raise in entire time of employment.

    Total compensation is good. Flexible work schedules. Upper management strives to empower employees and they are transparent. Some remote work is allowed.

    This was a friendly environment and great place to work.

    Cons

    While everyone was treated with respect some employees were technically contractors and didn't get to participate in the various team building exercises.
