      Pros

      They treat their property & casualty customers very well. Excellent coworkers.

      Cons

      Company is run by a board of directors made of the Companies own Agents. Some agent board members will not hesitate to use their board position against claim employees to the benefit of the policyholders in their own agency. Some board members are highly unethical in that regard.

      Cons

      Very little training AFR is a not an accredited insurance company, and they've had at least two run-ins with the state insurance department. Currently, they have 2.8 out of 5 Google review rating! Yikes!
