I used to love working for this company. They were very quick to switch to remote when the pandemic happened and allowed it's employees to convert to remote permanently which has been a huge blessing. However, in the 4 years I've been here the raises have been pitiful and with inflation skyrocketing it is insane to me that our salaries aren't being compensated. I am relatively making LESS working for this company now than when I started. On top of that, I feel like we are being given more and more busy work. I still love working for this company, but I am looking for a new job because I have bills to pay and need a job that values my worth.
