Rating of Anyon Design - Operations Manager Anyon Design Employee Review

The Executive Team speak AT you, rather than speaking to you. Instead of appreciating work done, they focus on the hiccups or mistakes you have made. They tend to gossip about their staff publicly. They do not appreciate speaking open and honestly, they do not take feedback well nor do they appreciate my dedication to the roll. Lindsay didn't even speak to me the past week, it is as if they made their decision over a week ago and they let me go on exactly my 90 days. Mike is super disorganized and went from being the Atelier Manager to COO leaving a mess behind in the Ateliers inventory. They defend each other no matter what even when they made obvious mistakes. They had a mass exit of employees within the last 6 months. Lindsay and Mike tend to use the term "we are growing", when the truth is that they are only replacing roles that were recently vacant. They last 3 people who have held this role, have left with the same/similar feeling. Mike and Lindsay make it rather difficult to keep this role and make you a success at it. Mike and Lindsay are not in the office a lot of the time due to current installs, but they don't take into consideration of what you are able to complete unless they physically witness it or have a paper trail. Mike is also a micromanager when it comes to minute details! Lindsay is someone who is very hands off when it comes to learning about what goes on in the office. She would rather have Mike interpret from what he has learned from the staff. I do believe one of the biggest reasons why they let me go was because they are terrified of finances and they couldn't support my salary anymore. They were asking me to now bill 25% of my hours out to clients. The health benefits are NOT great, the plan was a downgrade coming from what I had previously.
