this company is wildly disorganized, there have been at least 4 mass layoffs in the last 1.5 years that I've worked here and a constant reshuffling of teams. there is no internal CRM or system to organize clients and work and the company refuses to pay for internal technology so its very common for folks to pay for technology out of pocket to get their work done. its been truly shocking
