Brand name seems to be huge but interview process felt pathetic and unprofessional.

I was made to wait for a prolong period of time for just a round of interview which would have taken 5 to 10 mins. The HR department should respect people's time. This was uncalled for and is extremely unprofessional.

Nothing good about it. After working with companies like Amex and Zomato, I regret joining them.

Everything about apeejay is a drawback. From Management to HR, from CEO to security guards, everyone is hopeless. It is being run by a family who has never seen the real life. They want everyone to follow what they want and doesn’t even care about employees. Work environment is pathetic. No fixed process to do tasks. Salaries have no fixes date. They just care about their schools and everything else is a gamble for them. Apeejay have more than 350 companies on papers and none of them has any brand value. They don’t reply on mails and when they do, it looks like a revert from a school student. They have fancy names for their companies but operate them like government offices. They can fire employee instantly and doesn’t value them.
