It's a growing company, so you'll not only learn about the work you do, but you'll also learn how things shift when sudden growth happens.

Cons

The workplace is awfully toxic. Why? Because of the leadership's poor decision-making. These horrible people make biased decisions and promote unworthy candidates to higher positions while ignoring the talented ones. It's ridiculous. As a result, many incompetent people here hold a lot of power, and they don't consider the consequences of their actions before making a decision. They also make terrible decisions, often, which ruin the work culture. If you want to stay sane here, the only way is to exit quickly. The terrible culture and the lack of recognition will eventually create hostile feelings. It's better to find a better job elsewhere than to hate your job every day.
