We're glad to hear that you found the remote work environment convenient and enjoyed working with our BDR team. However, we're deeply concerned about the issues you've raised regarding leadership, training, and teamwork.
First, we want to apologize for any negative interactions you experienced with our sales leaders and revenue operations team. Treating our employees with respect and providing support is paramount to us, and it's disheartening to hear that this was not your experience. We take your feedback seriously and your concerns to ensure a more positive and respectful working environment for all.
Regarding your comments about training and product knowledge, we recognize the importance of equipping our BDRs with the necessary tools and information to succeed and training programs are updated to ensure they are comprehensive and effective in preparing our team members for their roles.
Furthermore, your feedback about the lack of teamwork between BDRs and AEs is concerning. Collaboration and communication between these teams are vital for success, and we take steps to improve cross-departmental relationships and alignment.
