      Pros

      These guys have a genuine and deeprooted belief they have the drop on their competitors and I think they are right.

      Cons

      They suffer from a legacy of previously poorly treated employees who whilst rightly upset about it, the incumbent management team can do little to address their concerns. I offer no fixes here.

      teammates are superbly talented and fun to work with.

      Remote works sometimes makes it hard to get to know people.
