1. Extending working hours almost everyday 2. No appreciation for hard work 3.Highly biased management 4. Managers not trained on people management. Managers are very rude and with low work ethics 5.Use of old technology and manual work for cost cutting 6. Most of the employee (Below manager level) wants to leave the company 7. while hiring they will ask you Java questions and make you feel its a technical job, but later they put you into non technical work . They misguide freshers and ruin their career. 8. Chances of growth based on merit are minimal.
