This company had a lot of potential some months ago. Bad decisions and poor leadership have driven the best people out of the company. The CEO lacks vision. He comes off as a nice guy, but he doesn't truly care about his employees. Don't be fooled by appearances. The worst people have been promoted to the top, including in the HR department, so there is no way to get help if you work there. Trust me, I tried. Sometimes the projects are interesting, but you mostly get to work on the same stuff. I don't understand why people say they learn anything there. You usually learn one thing and you do it again and again. But again, I am not even sure who writes these reviews on glassdoor. Spare yourself the pain and stay out there.
