    Approves of CEO

I have been working at AstraZeneca full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Great pay for the area, good benefits, work-life balance is good

    Cons

Less pay than competing companies in other areas (Boston, SanFran), regularly goes through re-organizations (not abnormal for biotech, but something to be aware of), speaks a lot about diversity but leadership doesn't reflect it.
