      Pros

      Nice office and balcony. Modern equipment to work with. Some of the people who work there are nice to work with.

      Cons

      Work you to the bone. Don't care about their staff. Don't trust you. Micro manage you. Poor salary for the work and responsibility. Too small and will not go anywhere.

      Pros

      I am sorry but I can't give a single positive rating, this company needs to do some serious soul searching.

      Cons

      No autonomy, zero flexibility, micro management, surveillance, unrealistic objectives, toxic culture and low morale. They can't keep any staff for longer than 6 months to 1 year and that is very convenient for them as they never have to pay anyone commission or for any annual leave or sick leave or any other benefits.
