Good for sales training. Crap the way they treat you considering you don't get a salary. - Anonymous employee Atlas Promotions Employee Review

Pros

- The sales training you receive is invaluable. - Builds your confidence. - Got to work all around Scotland and stayed in awesome digs including castles (Fyvie castle & Brodie castle). - Able to win prizes such as trips away (Holidays abroad too which are covered by management). - Lots of parties and events throughout the year. - Office environment is fun and energetic. -Owners were very honest about how the business work and the money they make from us. - Able to get promoted within the business with each promotion bringing new responsibilities. - Great role to put on your C.V. - You learn how to coach and train others. - £30 a sale not including bonds. My personal best was 7 sales in a day so I made £210 in one day, on different occasions. - On a good week I'd make just under £1000.

Cons

- Commission only so you only get paid for the sales you make. - If you don't make a sale you go home empty handed after walking around in all types of weathers for hours on end. - Started turning into a dictatorship (telling us we had to bring a packed lunch because we weren't allowed to go to the shop in order to have more time tapping doors). I'm sorry but last time I checked you dont pay us an hourly rate so who the hell are you to decide what I can or cannot do. - They're very evasive about explaining the actual job description until you get there. - They say that you'll be able to open up your own office and earn the money that owners are earning but I've seen workers open up offices and still get paid the same amount as before which is such a con because the people higher up get paid more and more for each office they open up. -No holiday pay & no sick pay. - You'd have to be in the office for 11am and the majority of the time you would be cold calling outside of Edinburgh meaning by the time you finished and got dropped off at the office again, you wouldn't be home till around 11pm. So imagine you start 11am. Get home at 11pm and you didn't make any sales. You just spent 12 hours of your day trying your hardest for absolutely nothing. I seen that happen to a lot of the newer people. - On a bad week I'd make around £150.

Pros

A super friendly and upbeat workplace with high energy, the owners Callum and Ujla are so refreshingly upfront about the role, the incentives the opportunity for growth and the training and support offered to new starts. The whole office culture is one of honesty and hard-work.

Cons

the high energy can be ab it loud in the morning but it just helps wake you up and get you ready for the day!
