      Good for starting your career in Europe, as the company supports the visa process.

      Cons

      Salary not competitive with other European companies. The sick leave only serves as justification for absence, but the day is deducted, even with the medical certificate stating the impossibility of working on a day or period of days.

      Office culture is good. Colleagues are friendly and helpful. Mid-level management are accessible. Physical environment is limited to what the client provides. Not always the most efficient way of supporting the client.

      Cons

      Focus entirely on client requirements and processes are designed to suit this need. Not enough thought has been put into how the teams manage their work.
