      Quality nursing staff for the most part and caring, competent, and experienced providers

      Cons

      Constantly short staffed on purpose Short on supplies due to aggressive budgeting Won't pay their BHTs a fair wage but love to brag about how much profit they are making every year. Ex: town hall meetings Business office is extremely tone deaf when it comes to floor staff needs.

      - Created schedule being PRN (4 shifts/month minimum) - Learned a lot about psychiatric disorders and working/communicating with the interdisciplinary team - Got to work with 3 populations: special needs, adolescents, and adults

      Cons

      - Lazy co-workers, but nothing is said to fix the issue because they are short-staffed (the hardworking OG's left to other psych facilities) - No security
