I worked at Austin Industries full-time

    Pros

Nothing to add here at all.

    Cons

    - This place is highly political. In order to do well you have to drink the kool-aid. You will only excel if you brown-nose and are in the cliques. - Communication is very poor. - Managers frequently embarrass/belittle their direct reports. - There’s nothing special about working here. The people are so lazy and ignorant. - There’s a lot of turnover in various departments. - They set you up to fail. - People will lie, cheat, steal to get to the top. If you want a happy and healthy workplace, do not work here.
