Pros

some really good and intelligent people working hard in a team environment.

Cons

mangement! they have no understanding of their processes and technology and fail to understand how this affects their business. instead of fixing the process to make business easier, they make it harder by removing head count and piling pressure for immediate results on those left behind. very short term vision.

Pros

The company used to care about customers, but they removed all the sales people who actually visited and consulted with customers to save travel cost.

Cons

The company's newest CEO, Patrick, only cares about getting back to a Cybersecurity company as fast as possible. Can't sell the company fast enough, but buyers can't get past due diligence periods.
