Pros

Competitive benefits Good social aspect

Cons

Absolutely zero guidance and appropriate training in place An undeniably clicky culture Redundancies are very common Minimal managerial and HR support whether it’s for professional or personal issues Overall an experience which I wouldn’t wish to endure again but I wish all the very best to the genuine employees of Aventum

Pros

Aventum is an incredible place to work if you’re ambitious, driven, and want to make a real impact. It’s fast-paced and entrepreneurial, so it definitely suits people who thrive on independence and aren’t afraid of a challenge. What makes it stand out is the level of trust and freedom you’re given – if you can think it, you can create it. There’s a genuine belief here that boundaries are meant to be pushed. Big ideas don’t get shut down – they get backed. The people are smart, supportive, and equally passionate about building something great. You feel part of something that’s growing quickly and going places, and that’s really motivating. It’s not the kind of place for someone looking to coast – it’s for people who want to build, innovate, and achieve big things. But if that’s you, it’s honestly one of the most rewarding environments you could ask for.

Cons

No days the same - bit of a spin on a con, but you need to be willing to accept the challenge!
