Car parking is horrendous, too far to walk and can never actually get a space. The office is tired and outdated. Really needs a complete overhaul and bringing into modern world. Wellbeing Lead is awful, she constantly is on people's cases and is just looking for ways to make people leave, no flexibility or care about mental health or disability. The 50% in the office rule is taken to extreme and the more you insist people come in the less space to park there is. This should be relaxed to allow people to work like adults and come in when they need too, maybe at least once a week but more if they want too.....
