1) Good canteen. 2) Clean, pleasant office. 3) Some nice colleagues. 4) Benefits package was pretty good.
Cons
1) Requirement to attend office. 2) Will charge you parking fees to attend the office, despite this being their requirement. 3) Will move you from multiple departments due to organisation changes in a single year, then deny you a bonus because you aren't performing in any of those departments. This is their fault. 4) They will ask for feedback from their staff on ways to improve, but then totally ignore staff suggestions. 5) They will not not allow you to use moral judgements on the job.
