      Pros

      Avmax listens and implements employee's suggestions. Family type attitude towards employees. Many chances for advancement and/or relocation in company. Good benefit package. Great Training opportunities.

      Cons

      Wages a little below average for Calgary. Vacation time maxes out at 4 weeks for 10 years of service.

      This company has Poor work culture, unfriendly people, unwillingness to help a person in need. The company has an Agenda to rid the place of all Black Employees. Abyssal paperwork, unprofessional work environment. Management is a joke. High turnover rate DO NOT TRAVEL TO MONTANA TO JOIN AVMAX, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Go somewhere else this company is a Joke!
