- The company promised a discretionary 401K match in 2024 and never delivered. - Managers and leaders are always "too busy" to help when stuck, but would be quick to hold it against you when something wasn't finished on time. - Leaders don't cultivate employees; they scorch the earth and rebuild instead of having meaningful relationships with employees. - Leadership shouldn't promote lying to clients (see advice for management) - Expectation was always to work more than 40 hours a week
