Worst company iv worked for - Store Manager B&M Retail Employee Review

Workload is ridiculous, not enough hours in store to complete tasks in the amount of time they expect, deliveries are ridiculous - send too much stock in when most stores have beaming warehouses and store stock in yards. No worklife balance. Higher management have their favourite stores/people and only support them. If your face doesnt fit you are doomed in this business.
