      Pros

      greta $$$$ Great hours with remote work from home and spend as much time I can with my son I can get my job done and I am not micromanaged! Great Company culture! Management is very cool

      Cons

      maybe less meetings... But I'm ok with that since everything else that's in to place!

      Pros

      Awesome company culture - fun and very generous company events - high income potential - flexibility to work all areas of technology, throughout the nation - unbeatable technology and resources to help us recruit the best candidates - amazing leaders - great work/life balance.

      Cons

      There are not a lot of cons, but the job is 100% commission, sales cycle can be long, company will give a draw based on your experience. Company culture has changed from inception, more focused on growth.
