Good pay and helpful management, but challenging clientele - Sever BJ's Restaurants Employee Review

Clientele is horrendous and mainly bad tippers the amount of times I’ve been stiffed is crazy, coworkers can be really messy and will talk badly about you no matter you doing a good or bad job, the hours could be long depending on your section, side work could be a lot when you’re trying to close, management has favorites.
