Dynamic Shared Ownership "DSO" that they are trying to implement is a joke. Monsanto HAD that culture- then das Bayern gutted it, adding complexity and bureaucracy to the ag industry which they didn't understand and calling it "compliance". DSO is attempting to reverse all that to save their assets. They are asking everyone across all brands and jobs to do double or triple duty in the name of "serving the customer". Because most people who work here are so good and so passionate about what they do- the work gets done. Beware of the DSO idea! A careful study of Human-ocracy (where the concept has orgines) reveals a state where a person derives their personal sense of being, belonging, accomplishment, and purpose from work. There is no work life balance becuse employees LIVE FOR the company & its success.
