BNL hires quality people, making for very capable and intelligent coworkers. Benefits are outstanding. I have a lot of autonomy in working with my client. Management really trusts employees to deliver quality work, and they reward it.
Cons
Members of management, while very nice and accessible people, do not manage overhead well. This can lead to shortfalls that wind up affecting projects. We've lost people on my project due to budget shortfalls that should not have happened.
