No individual ownership is required, as new processes and rules are introduced without the need for detailed implementation planning. making it easy since the only governing principle is adherence to leadership directives — “the boss said so” effectively replaces process design, documentation, business norms or defined ways of working .
Cons
boomer management - Trying to get everyone in the office even if its proven we work better at home . Also high managers and heads do not try that much to make the envyroment nice or intising to justify the go to the office policy , a bit of work culture diferences. Also since the rule "the boss said so" replaces the process design, rules , documentation or work flows , most of the Managers and heads try to not take the responsability of the last word on any action taking months to get anything done. Still everyone gets paid and no one gets responsibilized for it so it is also a pro
