    Great environment Modern kit Team spirit is positive Diverse international client base Business is growing Plan in place for the immediate and long term development of the company both in the UK and internationally Proactively tackling non-performance and this has had a positive effect on the business

    I have been working at BPS World full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Alot of training programs in place to help expand knowledge professionally

    Cons

    Favoritism of certain employees. Lack of accountability and expectations with higher level employees. No growth and no new business; nor is there a solid plan in place to change this.
