I can't think of any

Training was hardly any if at all. I was hired with no supply chain background and hoping to expand my knowledge in that field with my time at BTS5. There is 0 new technology invested into the warehouse so all processes are completely manual. The warehouse is not held accountable for any mistakes and the office is held to a standard of perfection that is very stressful. On top of that, inventory levels are completely off and receiving is outsourced and done overnight by a team in China so there is no inventory accuracy in real time. Keeping track of incoming parts is very manual and done on excel spreadsheets full of past years information. Supplier does not follow forecasts and on top of trying to keep up with demand you are expected to communicate with the supplier for parts they should already be produced according to forecasts and demand. There is no organization or way to know how to keep up with customer demand other than forecasts that change constantly and are not communicated with the supplier. Parts are consistently being sent air freight becuase the warehouse is so small they do not hold the amount of parts needed to fulfill demand on hand. It makes doing supply chain for any customers almost impossible. Voicing concerns to HR is almost impossible because they are never in the office. Mistakes are not taken lightly and almost impossible to avoid with no technology and wrong inventory levels. My time at BTS5 was nothing but stressful. Upper management has no idea how to implement good processes to help the office or warehouse.
