After leaving a job where I felt really undervalued. I can honestly say what a fantastic place to work BUUK Is. Their values shine through and I really believe the organisation proves that keeping your employees happy helps create a great work environment. I would reccommend BUUK as an employer to anyone.
Cons
Due to locations such as Cardiff, Coventry and London there are some silos but the organisation continuously try to ensure that everyone can be included in events and things that are covered across the business.
