No good process, Bad politics. Directors/Managers behaves like King, Poor training, no good knowledge transfer if moved to another team. Management focus on quantity of time spend in office rather than quality of work and expect to work 12 hrs a day and on weekends.No proper planning.People will talk more in their regional languages(Tamil) mostly in the team. More biased to some people.
Job cut in 2014. 200 + employees fired on the spot and asked to clear office in 30 seconds. Managers and lead will expect employees to work 10 hrs on the day we are joining. No good hierarchy, lot of leads and managers.There are teams with only leads and managers. Less take home salary. High variable pay and 60% employee (who pampers managers) will get variable pay as bonus. Bad domain, no internal job changes.
Was acquired by Scientific Games. No work from home option.Not good for mothers in maternity leave, HR will force to join back soon after 3 months or will ask to put resignation. Promotions will be on held if you move to another team. Demotivating managers and leads especially in Games development, developing crap games and very hard to make outside world understand what we are working here.
