      Everything else: treatment, weekend shifts, type of contract, no benefits at all, culture, work atmosphere, environment, office... everything.

      Pros

      Great benefits. Hybrid work mode with only two office days a week required. Convenient location if you use public transportation.

      Cons

      I can't think of any. I didn't leave by my own choice. I would have stayed until I retired but, fate had other plans for me.
