      Pros

      The people in the trenches with me were awesome.

      Cons

      Executive management has no clue what they are doing and the leadership there is laughably atrocious. Company went private and new ownership is head hunting. No matter how long you dedicate to them, there is no loyalty whatsoever and it is an every man for themselves mentality from the top down.

      Pros

      Work/Life Balance, Flexibility of schedule and a strong team feel amongst the SA Team.

      Cons

      Product functionality, vision of leadership team, stale solution set and very difficult to meet quota since you're covering 15+ AE's. You spend a lot of time trying to "save" customers vs. actively selling.
