Get to take home expired products. Customers are generally nice.

This place is run by a group of very mean people. Many of them are inexperienced, uneducated, rude, easily threatened, and conniving. Which is very strange because it's a "health food" place. It took a lot of time to recover from this experience. Many of the regular non-management staff members are pleasant, but management is squeezed so hard for every little ounce of life they have, and it's evident in how they treat others. The pay is not competitive for the area. If you're looking for a simple grocery job in the area you will be better paid and better off working at Shoprite, Whole Foods, or Trader Joes.
