Not so much of a con as just a fact - the learning curve is steep but you learn A LOT and once you're over it, you're in a great position.

By far the worst company I have ever worked for. Experienced consultants should avoid this firm entirely. Basis Health operates in a consistently toxic and unsustainable manner, with expectations that routinely disregard personal limits and employee well being. Turnover is extraordinarily high and clearly symptomatic of deeper structural failures. Leadership shows little accountability and even less concern for long term employee health. For a small boutique consulting firm, this level of dysfunction and mismanagement is indefensible.
