      Pros

      Company with strong prospects and there is transparency from the C-Suite. However, benefits are the main thing keeping employees at the company

      Cons

      Many employees have left/are considering leaving due to the poor quality of mid-level managers. A lot of managers do not have training and refuse to engage with training provided by the company, resulting in unsupported employees and bias in promotions, to the point that employees have left the company as their managers refuse to help develop employees and/or put them forward for promotions

      - Work is meaningful, you feel like you are actually contributing to overcoming Earth’s greatest challenge - Many kind and collaborative sector experts to work with - You have the opportunity to work on entirely new concepts and problems

      - More recent senior leadership hiring hasn’t worked well - Enormous amount of recent layoffs, but that’s partially a climate sector problem not specific to BZC
