    Pros

    Perfect prepare for manager position at Bella Italia - Training in Central of Excelent - care by nice helpfull and very welcome Charlotte during training. Amazing Senior Managment staff - Mike Stringer Dan Hallan Adrian Butcher - thats a people with passion for food and the same time with passion to improve business and massive knowledge

    Cons

    In my personal opinion restaurant should respond to a complaint not Head Office - resturant staff knows exactly whats happend so we should take responsibility adn we should deal with that. Unpaid Overtime for managment staff.

    Advice to Management

    Give more motivationj for employees, share passion with whole staff :)
