Location, Andersonville is not a bad area
Some of the staff are awesome
Beehive is a cute little cafe
Cons
Management needs replaced. The reason behind the pay-cut a few months ago is due to the people who are not qualified to run a place, are running it.
Management takes out their own incompetence on their staff. No one is going to be motivated to show up and do a job when they are walking on egg shells.
Low pay. They really can't expect people to do the job of 5 paying barely enough to survive.
Senior management needs to focus on their own failing areas, not others that they shouldn't be looking at.
