Pros
Great team, lots of room to grow, great opportunities for learning new skills and other parts of IT. Working in office and at client on sites means every day is different and does not get stale. Encourages and helps employees attain various certificates to further employees skills as well as career. Great place to learn, grow, and work as a help desk technician.
Cons
Small and close knit team means when one person slacks off or can not complete their work that day you feel it however expectations are reasonable.
