Good employer. Timely Salary Appraisal, Bonus. Incentives etc.

Pay was okay, 22 an hour, when it actually showed up

They do not pay you on time. You have to keep an eye on your checks. If they mess up your check, and if you have an additional amount taken out, they will take it out twice. Ask you to submit hours work for days you haven't worked yet. Will not respond to phone calls and/or ghost until THEY need something. Gave them a two weeks notice and they got super aggressive and told me to "reconsider my decision." I ended up getting rolled off next day by their client and they claimed they had no idea. Absolutely no communication about project starting/ending. Contract is super vague about when you will get paid. Contract actually says they will pay you "in the middle of the month and at the end of the month." Pay was never on time for the middle of the month and at the end of the month and always late. If you wish to contest them in court, you have to do it in Naperville, IL. I would not recommend them.
