Pros

- Taught me how low a company can go in being a cheapskate. - It's better to negotiate for a high salary when first joining; chances are that after joining, you will see little to no increment. - Interesting stories about management being ridiculous. - Colleagues are nice, but the environment and culture created by upper management is toxic. - VERY HIGH turnover rate. You get to work on important tasks immediately after joining since they are short on manpower, and people keep leaving. - Recommend joining if you like being a pushover and a yes-man.

Cons

- HR still needs to 'fight' for benefits that you can basically get anywhere else, like bonuses, increments, medical insurance, etc. They like to use the excuse that they are a 'startup' for basically everything from sloppy management to lack of benefits. - No job security. Projects are based on trial and error, with no planning whatsoever. They will start up or shut down a project on a whim by the CEO. Once a project is shut down suddenly, they will lay off the entire department just a few months after hiring. - Hires capable people but does not trust them to do what they do best; instead, they like to micromanage. Managers usually have clear and effective execution plans for projects, but upper management likes to mess everything up once in a while, purposely making everyone’s life difficult. - Delusional about project deadlines and task estimation. - HR is chaotic, with no level of professionalism at all. - Beware of fake reviews. HR sat employees down in one-on-one sessions and pressured them to write Glassdoor reviews. Take those "good" reviews with a grain of salt. After working here, I can confirm that all the bad reviews are true.

Pros

Nothing pro to be share

Cons

All team are useless. Even stones got it purpose. HR that are slow to action. Team Lead that are constantly changing SOP. Management always decided to terminate staff blindly. Expected to be working long hours. Go home ontime = you are not working enough. For those who wanted work life balance. Here we only have work and not life balance. Avoid it please.
