Salary is minimum/hour and if they could they would pay you less and work you overtime. When you are sick (even with vivid) you have to work otherwise the management will make you feel guilty of taking time off to recover and would not pick up anything in your absence so when you do come back to work you will have to pick up where you left off. If you ran into any work related issues and have to go to your manager for resolution they will shrug and send you over to other people for their expertise, basically just to make you go in circles for a while until you give up and fix the issue yourself. If you raise any improvement ideas they are place aside or if there is an actual good idea the manager will steal it and pretend they came up with it. No career progression what so ever! Saw someone that after 10 years has become a senior recruiter. Any initiative for career progression is treated as a "will be review at a better financial time" until you eventually give up bring it in during the 1:1 meetings. It is a company that does not care for their employees and their well-being but only cares for their financial bonuses and profit, where all managers and people in comand have no personal skills and should not be placed in position of power.
