- Friendly atmosphere (start-up vibe) - International projects with big companies from all over the world - Very competent people, especially technically - Full home/office flexibility and good respect for work-life balance - The company is growing fast so a lot of projects consist of creating new solutions, not just implementing already developed products

- Not as organized as other larger established companies

- management team does not care enough about the employees. - no training and no emphasis on personal growth - bonus scheme not clear (not transparent decisions regarding this) - career path not clear
