Bad company to work for - Anonymous employee Boxman Studios Employee Review

While the company had some challenges in the beginning, as with any new company, leadership has made several changes for the better. We have a great culture and a family friendly environment. For a newer company, the potential here is great! I absolutely love the PTO policy.

Boxman Studios is a unique company in terms of their product. With that said, sometimes it is hard for newer employees to grasp the concept. The team does however do everything they can to grow employees.

Cool Product from afar. Get to make great contacts with other companies. Enjoyed to people who are doing the work.

Can not count on completion of your product. High turnover. Very disorganized. Troy talks out of both sides of his mouth.
