      Pros

      The job is extremely easy and you get to work with kids.

      Cons

      A lot of the job is based on pseudoscience and the methods of making income isn’t sustainable. I’m not sure how long they’ll be able to maintain this business model realistically. They also don’t offer bilingual pay despite mostly working in Spanish speaking schools and have had trouble paying employees on time in the past.

      Pros

      Team members are great and creative people. The mission and work has a lot of potential. A lot of networking opportunities.

      Cons

      Management doesn't prioritize employees work-life balance. They also burn out their strong workers and undervalue them. people never stay long. They take on more work than they can handle and never stop to take care of employees.
